What is the warranty?

We take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty provides confidence and demonstrates our commitment to providing quality residential playground products. Therefore, we have a 3 year warranty for workmanship and materials on the structural wood components and brackets. We offer a one year warranty for all other components (e.g., swings, plastics, tarps, rope ladder, etc.).

What is the return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact Customer Service at (888)-525-1185 within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Customer Service will issue you a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) to reference for the return shipment. Please write this number on the shipping label or on a note inside the box for proper identification and ease of credit issuance. You will need to arrange for the return of product to our facility at your cost. Return the product to the following address:

Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue credit to your account for the price of the product less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges on the original shipment are not refundable. Please allow up to 30 days for credit transaction to process.

NOTE: The Swingset Co. has the option to send replacement parts at no charge to replace items damaged or lost in transit.
