What is the warranty?

We take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty provides confidence and demonstrates our commitment to providing quality residential playground products. Therefore, we have a 3 year warranty for workmanship and materials on the structural wood components and brackets. We offer a one year warranty for all other components (e.g., swings, plastics, tarps, rope ladder, etc.).

What is the return policy?

At The Swingset Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We strive to provide high-quality products that bring joy to families. However, in the event of a return, please note the following policy details:

Return Policy:

• Inspection: All returns will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
• Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
• Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Refusal:

The Swingset Co. reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the following conditions are met:

• Damage: The product has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly.
• Alteration: The item has been altered or modified in any way from its original condition.
• Missing Items: Essential parts or accessories are missing from the return package.
• Unauthorized Returns: The return was not authorized through our official return process.

Additional Information:

• Shipping Costs: You will need to arrange for the return of product to our facility at your cost. Return the product to the following address;

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected, we will issue credit to your account for the price of the product less a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 30 days for processing.
